Dr. Pennington wanted control over her patient experience, even making house calls early on to provide personalized care. She discusses the determination it takes to start a practice, including hiring mistakes and firing employees who didn’t align with her vision.
In addition to growing her clinic, Dr. Pennington leveraged social media to expand her reach, posting skincare routine videos with Skinceuticals products on TikTok during the pandemic to boost her presence and engagement.
