Program Details

Phase I:  Operation Evaluation

Pre-visit evaluation of accounting, marketing, and business operations.

  • By sharing your current P&L (confidentially), how you market your practice and internal operations, Dr. Williams and his Executive Team are better able to evaluate where you are today and how they’d recommend you get to the next level.

 

Phase II: Site Visit

Full Day site visit with Susan Sullivan, R.N., COO of Williams' Center.

  • Susan Sullivan, as Chief Operating Officer and Dr. Williams' right-hand business partner for 20 years, visits your practice to better understand how your business is run and gather information and insight that cannot be relayed through business documents (Phase I). Observations during the visit will plan an important part in recommendations made in the written report (Phase V).

 

Phase III:  Visit and Learn About The Williams Center

Guided tour of Williams’ practices (including non-surgical Rejuva Center)

  • Get an inside look at client services, systems and best practices.

  • One-on-one with Dr. Williams to learn about his steps to success.

  • Dinner with Dr. Williams.

 

Phase IV:  2 Hour Consultation (Day 2 of Site Visit)

Dr. Williams, Susan Sullivan, COO, and Kirstyn Vaughn, CFO, meet with you.​

  • Discuss what you've shared (Phase I); observations made by team.

  • Answer your questions on Scaling UP your practice.

 

Phase V:  Comprehensive Written Report

Observations and recommendations by Dr. Williams and Susan Sullivan

  • After having reviewed documentation shared in Phase I and taking into consideration what the Executive Team learned during your in-house consultation, a comprehensive report of observations and recommendations for improvement will be developed and delivered to you.

 

Phase VI:  Conference Call Debriefing

One-hour debrief with Dr. Williams and Susan Sullivan

  • A one-hour call will be scheduled within 2 weeks after delivery of Comprehensive Written Report (Phase V), with Dr. Williams and Susan Sullivan to discuss report and answer questions.

 

Phase VII:   Follow-Up Call

Subsequent six-month follow-up conference call with Susan Sullivan, COO

  • Follow-up call with Susan Sullivan to hear how implementation of lessons learned are going and answer questions.
